Our U16s were in action Saturday evening in their final group game of the County Championship played at Hermitage Park.

The team played exceptionally well and came away with a comprehensive win over St Brendan’s. There were many fine passages of play with good handling, striking and teamwork in evidence. All in all, this was a very positive and encouraging display.

This win puts the team into the plate final for which we await details.

Joint captains on the night were Adam Fealy and Tommy Corridan. Both boys were very solid in the full back line and dealt with any threats that came their way.
